Rockstar Games and Los Angeles shop West Coast Customs have built six GTA 6 cars in real life: the Grotti Cheetah, Pegassi Tempesta, Progen Emerus, Invetero Coquette, Albany Buccaneer and Albany Manana. The builds were shot driving around Miami with Leonida plates ahead of the November 19 launch. Below: every car with its real engine, paint and trim, what the stunt does and does not confirm about the game, and where the cars fit in the GTA 6 garage you already know about.
Last checked on November 7, 2026. Official The car list, engines and build details come from the Rockstar / West Coast Customs press release as published by Complex and Hypebeast (photos credited to Rockstar Games). Reported Items marked Reported come from a single outlet or from fans and have not been confirmed by Rockstar.
All six real GTA 6 cars at a glance

Official The press release says each car “combines traditional metal fabrication with modern composite construction, using CNC machining to produce custom wheels and structural components,” with a custom paint finish on every build. West Coast Customs also built a real Bravado Banshee for GTA V back in 2013, so this is the second time the shop has done this for a Rockstar launch.
Our numbers: what the six builds add up to
| Measure | Result | Label |
|---|---|---|
| Total displacement | 34.3 liters (4.9 + 7.5 + 4.0 + 6.2 + 7.7 + 4.0) | Our math |
| V8s vs V10s | 5 V8s, 1 V10 (Tempesta) | Our math |
| Turbocharged | 1 of 6 (Emerus); the other five are naturally aspirated or not described as turbocharged | Our math |
| Classics vs modern | 2 classics (1960s Buccaneer, 1970s Manana), 4 supercars/sports cars | Our math |
| Police car | 1 (Tempesta in VBPD livery) | Our math |
The mix is not random. Two Miami car-culture staples (the lowrider and the donk) sit next to four exotics, and one of those exotics wears police colors. That lines up with what Rockstar has already shown of Leonida: big-money supercars in Vice City and custom culture on the streets around it. See our launch gallery breakdown for the official screenshots.
What this does and does not confirm about GTA 6
| Claim | Status | Notes |

| A ’95 Grotti Cheetah is in the Ultimate Edition | Official | Listed in the Ultimate Edition upgrade on the PlayStation Store; see our editions guide. |

Where the cars fit if you are planning your first garage
- Cheetah: the one car on this list with a confirmed edition link. If you bought the Standard Edition and want the ’95 Cheetah on day one, the Ultimate Edition Upgrade is the only official route listed so far (Ultimate is $99.99 vs $79.99 for Standard). Our GTA 6 price guide has the full math.
- Tempesta (police): expect it on the wrong side of a chase. Our wanted system explainer covers what Rockstar has said about police response.
- Buccaneer and Manana: the custom-culture pair. Rockstar has not detailed GTA 6 car customization menus yet, so treat the air ride and donk lift as showpieces until the game is out.
Key takeaways
- Six real cars, all official GTA VI models, built by the same shop that made GTA V’s real Banshee.
- The Manana’s 7.7L V8 is the biggest engine; the Emerus is the only twin-turbo build.
- Only the ’95 Cheetah has a confirmed purchase link (Ultimate Edition). Liveries and display plans are not confirmed.
- The game unlocks at midnight local time on November 19; check your exact unlock time and plan the 212 GB install before the November 10 preload.
